About The Project
Founded in 2020, the mission of Maci’s Prime BBQ has always been to bring a fresh ideology to the smoked meat traditions of St. Louis: “Deliver the highest quality experience from a mobile kitchen, with no corners cut.” Every item is made from scratch, in-house, using fresh local produce and carefully selected ingredients to create a truly unique flavor—one you won’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re attending a catered event, a pop-up, or a charity gathering, our promise remains the same: Maci’s will never compromise on quality, service, or attention to detail, ensuring an unmatched dining experience every time.
The Challenge
Maci’s Prime BBQ needed a professional online presence to build credibility and convert interest into catering orders. They had no website, no existing assets beyond a logo, and a strong desire to grow locally and regionally.

We designed and developed a WordPress site that combines a bold visual style with practical UX for food lovers and event hosts.

- Featured large hero images of food, concise menu descriptions, and call-to-action buttons
Development
- Built with WordPress + Elementor for ease of updates
- Optimized for performance and SEO (image compression, metadata, schema markup)
- Added services page for weddings, birthdays, and events
- Configured contact form for catering inquiries with optional event details
Technical Notes
- Used Google Fonts for clean readability
- Integrated structured content blocks for easy future additions (e.g., menu specials, blog posts)
